Introduction
Welcome
What do you do when you find yourself racing through life at 100 miles per hour then abruptly halt to zero? From emails and calls that you can barely keep up with to an almost deafening silence? This happened to me when I retired early. And I’m sure it has happened to many others.  This website was created for all those who believe they aren’t tired enough to really retire but don’t yet know what how to occupy their time in a meaningful way. Come along on the journey as we discover contentment through everyday adventures.
All phases of life require rediscovering who you are, who you want to be, and absorbing as much as you can take.  Often, it requires that we explore who we have been up to this point. We’ll untangle the past and learn how to put those lessons to use for the good of our soul. Join me in trying new things, visiting new places, and reflecting on how previous experiences have prepared us for this new chapter. Â
Adventures & Projects
When you have a family and a more than full time career, there isn’t much time for a hobby. So, together we can try new things that will nourish our creative side. There is also a big world out there to explore and I want to see as much of it as I can. Whether it’s in my hometown of New Kent, Virginia, or another country entirely, I want my eyes to see something new.
I’ll be sure to capture pictures of these adventures and projects, and post on this site for all to see.
